The BBC had a Cambridge U. professor bemoanimg that the US prefers that Saddam be tried in "retributive" Iraq, rather than an international tribunal. - yes the media are going to have to work full time (double shifts and overtime) on this one. I can see it now "apart from the murders the rapes the killings Saddam was really a good honest man...think of all the good things he did for the country - don't be so negative - why do you hate so much...blah.. blah...moveon.blah!" - oh hang on hasn't Dan Rather used this one already for clinton?
