Here's an interesting thought that nobody's brought up so far:

What if Atta's trip to Iraq was unrelated to the hijacking and instead referred to him being trained how to handle weaponized anthrax?

That certainly puts a different outlook on things, doesn't it?

Oh please let this be true. I would like nothing more than see the lefties implode over this and to rub it in the faces of my liberal buddies on Airliners.net.

Now you've got something there Angelus. Wasn't he treated by a Floridian Pharmacist for what appeared to be burns on his hands? After 9-11 some pharmacist in Florida stated that the man in the photo(Atta) came to him and asked him for the best way to treat the burns on his hands-which they thought might be from Anthrax.

Three days in June, 2001...

Didn't Atta go to Spain in June, 2001? His exact whereabouts were unknown for several days. But it was assumed that he attended a major pow-wow among al-Qaeda bigwigs that is now known to have taken place at that time near Barcelona

It was rumored that Atta may have entered Switzerland sometime in this time frame, as well.

In any event, I believe there is a period in June that is unaccounted for.
