L-Tryptophan an amino-acid...Otherwise touted as "Natures Prozac"

Any FReepers have any knowledge or experience with SAM-e, another amino acid?

I have tryed sam-e in the past. Personally I believe you have to purchase a QUALITY brand. It is probably 2 times as expensive as L-tryptophan. Which is no problem if you have the funds!!
