When I first watched his videos, my jaw was literally hitting the floor, because of the simple, clear truths about HOW OUR MINDS WORK, that he presents.
And don't be afraid: I am a Christian, and using our minds to improve our lives IS NOT the work of the devil (excuse-makers like my parents tried to tell me that!)
You can USE YOUR OWN MIND to change yourself. Better and more dependable than drugs, but you have to give up your Excuses, and your dependence on Experts, and take responsibility for Yourself.
