Breach of Trust: How Washington Turns Outsiders Into Insiders, calls for Dr. Coburn to run for president. (Coburn committed himself to only stay three terms in the House, and actually carried out that pledge.) Unfortunately, I heard Dr. Coburn say when interviewed on Brian Lamb's Booknotes that he was not going to run for president.
