What a wonderful avenue this is for the Bush haters here. Bush haters? I guess that makes you a republican tool. You just can't stand dissenting opinion. No wonder why you and your ilk are playing down this ruling...it will restrict the "dissenting" opinion you hate so much.

What a wonderful avenue this is for the Bush haters here. I noticed that.
The left will be just as silenced as we are. People are forgetting that. And WE own the political cash machine.
I don't agree with this bill, but I'm an optimist. It's unfairly supportive to our side, I think.

I can't figure how they can produce so much foam. They are always foaming at the mouth about almost everything and it never runs out. Genetic?

I'm not a Bush hater. But I fail to see any advantage for anyone in this ruling. This whole Bill put politics over the Constitution- which is so wrong, I can't even begin to explain. We cry the loudest when liberals undermine the document on which this country was founded. Now, when a strategy of letting the SCOTUS decide has failed, who do we place our faith in to uphold the Constitution? Right now, I'm drawing a blank, because I haven't seen ______ done by either party to insure the rights guaranteed us by the first amendment.

You mean those who actually love there country and Constitution. I don't think people hate Bush per say. I know I don't. I just hate his socialism and his lack of respect for the Constitution, bill of rights and so on. I have not trusted him since he shut down all the investigations on Clinton. And since then there have been many situations that have shown that he is no conservative. He actually does seem like a nice guy. But that is not protecting the rights given by our founders. And our founders and the people who influenced them knew far well the results of not having those rights. We are ignorant of what will come, but we are going to find out what it was like before there ever was a USA, because the protections are going to disappear.
