Geron, you were full of crap from day one.
It's a Constitutionally valid law. You don't know jack squat, do you?

Having a bad day? I guess sucking up to the GOP establishment isn't always what it's cracked up to be, eh?

Banning some people from advertising their views while allowing others is not Constitutional. Where does it say we can have different laws for different people?
That is NOT Constitutional.
Pissing in public is free speech but speech is not???

It's a Constitutionally valid law. You don't know jack squat, do you?Huh? The New York Times operates under one set of rules while my wife and I operate under a different set of rules with the threat of jail and huge fines is Constitutionally valid?
Where, in Stalinist Russia?

" It's a Constitutionally valid law."No it's not. All activities have costs. Speech has costs. The Bill of Rights says in part, "Congress shall make no law abridging Freedom of speech". Limiting the expense of effort folks can make getting the word out is blatently unconstitutional.

It's a Constitutionally valid law. Banning political speech by anyone except for the mass media is constitutional? Hardly.
