Then (IMHO) he should come out now, tell the people of the United States that he signed the bill because he thought it contained more 'good' than 'bad,' and call for congressional repeal of the 'bad' parts, since the leftists on the court wouldn't correct it. There's nothing wrong with bashing the idiots in Congress who passed this monstrosity, or the activist judiciary who provided their 'seal of approval' - so long as he is serious about getting the problem corrected. I would love to see President Bush on the air, every night, calling for corrective action...
