You have her e-mail address? Can you ask her if she would come here and talk with us on the Terri threads?
To: CindyDawg
I don't have her address personally. All I did was confirm that the address on the link was hers by doing a google search for her, finding contact information and comparing the email addresses to find that they were the same.

I can't believe you came up with the "nutcase" diagnosis on such a flimsy basis!I decided to go off on my own and research. don't know if she's a lib, but she does she a page short of Sanity Fair.
Still, it takes all kinds, and she's clearly not a scam artist.

Read "When I woke up . . ." by the woman you are maligning. Then come back to me. If you utter a negative word you should be slapped down to the ground. Troll.

**That nurse put ink on the incapacitated woman's fingertip. Cooper-Dowda was then able to write the letter "y" for the word "yes," and "n" for "no," proving that the doctors had been wrong about her condition.**
Wow, what a story!

**Cooper-Dowda hopes the public and media focus will quickly shift from her story to Terri's plight, but she acknowledges that the altercation with Pinellas County school officials has changed her life forever.**
I hope someone picks up the flag for her and runs with it in a lawsuit for wrongful dismissal. This should not have happened to this lady.
Whatever happened to freedom of speech?

**"I'm going to be so sad. I've wanted to be a public school teacher since I was five and I finally got in, in August. It took me 43 years to get here," Cooper-Dowda said. "I probably will not teach again."**
Yes, she is teaching us right now! God has great plans for her!

Whew! Unbelieveable! Salvation, you are thinking of Kate Adamson, who also woke up from a coma or PVS state.
What is going on in Pinellas County? I think the Pinellas School Board is simply trying to suppress anyone who dares to question the court's ruling on Terri Schiavo. The ugly reality is, their judicial system is corrupt and has been infiltrated by pro-Hemlock puppets posing as judges.
Punishing those who speak in good faith of their own experiences only makes the corruption of justice more evident.
I hope she tells her story at the top of her lungs to every media outlet.

'Well, you don't fit in. Teachers with public opinions like that don't fit in. Sounds like something out of Alice in Wonderland or Nazi Germany, or Stalinist Russia, or, or...
Pinellas County.
And note that she was careful not to be identified as a teacher. I hope she gets beyond the 97 day probation and sues for damages and back pay!

Screw them. Who wants to work with and for arses like that, anyway?
I have always resented bosses/supervisors, etc who seem to think that my hold on a crappy, dead-end job was the most important thing on my life.
Atlas should shrug, I tell you. That would be something worth seeing.

"And note that she was careful not to be identified as a teacher. I hope she gets beyond the 97 day probation and sues for damages and back pay!" Also, I think her attorney, if she has retained one, should be able to ask for additional damages for intentional infliction of emotional distress, compounded for each airing of her public firing...because they told her she would be fired "over and over"...clearly that is intimidation, designed to humilate her and harm her reputation. Where is the cowardly ACLU on this one? nowhere to be found, no surprise.

Oh, they heard of it.
It is hat they use to promote the homosexual agenda.
It is what they use to prosecute a student or teacher that brings a Bible to school.
It is what they use to prosecute anyone who utters the word "God" unless there is an obsceneity after it.
No, for their purposes, they are thorughly familiar with the first amendment.
