letters of reprimand are usually put in your performance fiche-(disk now, I guess)so that it's automatically seen during promotion review...if it was UCMJ action (Article 15), it could be filed in a restricted fiche, and not be disclosed at a promotion board...but at the field grade and above, none of this stuff would be hidden- Fox News will probably pick this guy up...someone didn't watch his 6...
