Funny, I considered this once. Only problem I had was that I could not figure out how to split the civil court system. What happens when the liberal tort system sues the conservative tort system?

well, gee thanks.

Well, you'll notice I said we should start with it for taxes and funding of government programs. Liberals would pay to support their programs and conservatives wouldn't.

Our taxes would be lower and we'd be banned from recieving those specified unsupported government services.

How would it work if we spread it to the courts??
