That is why the Patriot Act EXPIRES in 2005. I hate to blow the cover off of your dream cartoon but have you asked yourself
- What programs are in place BECAUSE of the authority in the Patriot Act?
- What was the personel shuffle BECAUSE of the authority in the Patriot Act?
- What long term programs are in place BECAUSE of the authority in the Patriot Act?
- What changes would be necessary and what would the cost be if the Patriot Act were allowed to expire in 2005?
Do you actually believe what you're saying and/or do you think the politicians would permit the Patriot Act to expire in 2005?
Simple answer: It will never expire and the controlling authority of it will continually grow on the American people. President Bush and Tom Ridge will be remembered for a long time by our children, that's a promise!
