Looks like this is the tape they were talking about, which showed the WTC attack from a new angle, not seen before.

Ping to post 59 by LayoutGuru 2 -- it show the tape everyone is talking about. It is chilling to watch. I don't understand why the TV news stations don't show the WTC part -- I guess they don't want to remind us.

It looks like it was centered on WTC BEFORE THE FIRST PLANE HIT, so whoever filmed it, knew what is going to happen -- it shows the first plane and later the 2nd.
