I will say that I am glad that I moved to Orange County back in 91In 91 it was still pretty nice, however, it's no longer the same place unfortunately, but still beats LA. I actually heard that within 15 years, there will be another 5 or so million in LA and OC. I really can't imagine that...LOL!

I am in Dallas right now on a temp contract... I should be back in Feb... And I do not think things will get too bad as long as housing is so expensive... Many may come there but without adequate and affordable housing, there is simply not going to be a major change... Unless the wealthier keep migrating down toward Temecula.... That would make room...
