I will say that I am glad that I moved to Orange County back in 91

In 91 it was still pretty nice, however, it's no longer the same place unfortunately, but still beats LA. I actually heard that within 15 years, there will be another 5 or so million in LA and OC. I really can't imagine that...LOL!

I think the only reason some would argue that the 92 riots were larger were due to there being problems in other cities as well...

I am in Dallas right now on a temp contract... I should be back in Feb... And I do not think things will get too bad as long as housing is so expensive... Many may come there but without adequate and affordable housing, there is simply not going to be a major change... Unless the wealthier keep migrating down toward Temecula.... That would make room...

Well, I believe California is the greatest state of the greatest country on earth.

That being said, there are many places in California that are much better than the LA area. Some are within about 100 miles or so of LA, but the trick is being able to live in those areas without commuting on a daily basis into the human ant hills....That's the trick.
