Neither am I.
At 6'8", I have a rather obvious advantage...so they're rude, but not bold enough to start anything physical. AAlso...the smart ones know that once the strike is over they'll be seeing the same customers in the store as they see crossing the lines now. Problem is...many of them aren't that smart.
That's why the picketers you see outside your store are coming from another store and another neighborhood. They are not the employees of that particular store where they are picketing.
