Yes you are right. I am not going to question the claims of his niceness since I didn't know him. HOWEVER, niceness disppears when you have PCP,wet reefer, and all that coursing through your blood. Sucks that they're in denial. There was a similar case here in Hempstead, but it got no media attention because everyone knew the white cop was in the right. Nothing happened to this guy because all of the black cops and residents came to his defense.
