Just catching up with all the posts - did any one get a transcript of the Van Susteren interview? I'm hopeful she continues to look at this.

Demers' position at the BEGINNING of the unrest in Pinellas County was THAT HE WAS STAYING OUT OF IT. How times have changed. SOMEONE PERSUADED HIM TO JOIN THE DEATH SQUAD AT THE 6th Circuit. With all THESE JUDGES WITH THE LIKELIHOOD THAT THEY ARE MAKING DECISIONS ABOUT TERRI UNDER DURESS, they are not of sound mind to serve as jurists.

Now who do you suppose is threatening and intimidating each JUDGE ONE AT A TIME? GOAT BOY FELOS? You betcha.
