I'm surprised they are just bringing this up now. As I recall, when MS's mother died, her obituary reported he was engaged to Jodi, with no mention of Terri at all. That was in 1997, I believe.

This should have been pointed out after MS did his interview with Larry King, when he said he and Jodi had not made any marriage plans.

Yesterday's motions in front of Greer alleged MS is engaged and has two children. This has been widely reported but is 'news' in that it is now being brought out in court.

MS has referred to Jodi as his financee and the obituary will no doubt be introduced as evidence to prove that MS has effectively ended his marriage by replacing Terri with Jodi and removing references to Terri as his current wife. I would love see the Christmas cards sent out by MS - there is probably no acknowledgement of Terri at all; they are probably signed "Jodi and Michael."

Hasn't he said she died years ago? He might have meant the Terri he knew is gone, but it can be argued he prefers to act as if she is actually dead, which she most definitely is not.
