I agree....Greer and Baird, however, must be careful in their rulings, unless it is discretionary, he will be appealed. I believe Baird's already been set up to be appealed from the get go.....Bush is going through the motions, for now; but he will appeal ANY unfavorable outcome, citing what has occurred from the very beginning of this case....including statements that Baird made to reporters, which clearly show his bias.
