Yes,

I think that the writer of this did well in pointing out loopholes in the law.

I am wondering if one of the kids(disabled ones who made cards for Terri) was subject of a custody dispute and the custodial parent was able to get Felos' ilk of doctors to say that child was PVS if their feeding tube could be removed. That is what I'm looking at now. If King can be 'forced' to admit a loophole that 'must' be addressed then that could be the catalyst to have him bring up Wise's bill or some alternative that would eliminate food and hydration as 'extraordinary means'.

The writer of that article already says that persons who are mentally incapicated but in good health are not addressed.
Felos is quite the fanagler!

That's a very good idea looking at how the law, or loopholes in it might effect the children. Would give them something totally unrelated to Terri to look at. Hard to imagine that they haven't considered this, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Lawmakers overall seem to be pretty clueless of the real world which they manipulate.
