Now, what are the chances that a group that went so far as to call their event "Hate Bush" would refrain from those same sentiments, much less condemn them as wrong? I'd say about zero. And even if they mean no ill will toward him, why shouldn't we counter them? They say he sucks, we say he doesn't. If they held a meeting to say the Medicare bill was good and we held a counter-protest to say it was bad, would you still figure we were wasting our time? If not, what's the difference?
Oh, BTW, can you name any event convened by powerful conservatives in during the Toon's presidency that were called "Hate Clinton" or anything remotely similar? Those who hated the Toon did so for things he did, those who hate Dubya hate him for what kind of man he is. That's a big enough difference right there.
Exactly .. My biggest beef with Clinton is how he sold our nations national security to the commies, how he ignored and did nothing every time we were attacked.
The left's beef is that Bush liberated 25 million people from an evil murdering dictator
