Today President George W. Bush signed the adoption promotion act of 2003 in the Roosevelt Room of the White House, which is aimed at moving more older children out of foster care and into permanent homes. More than a dozen children attended the adoption bill signing with their adoptive parents.
Later in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, President Bush attended a campaign fundraiser.
Also today, President George W. Bush made remarks alongside the best drivers of the 2003 Nascar season and their cars on the South Lawn of the White House. Bush honored the best drivers of the 2003 season, including Matt Kenseth, who won the 2003 Winston Cup series.

Do you ever sleep??? You're here early, you're here late . . . wish I could get by on less sleep but I just get too crabby.
Just kidding . . . I know you're up because you're worrying. I just worry about YOU!
The pics of your husb. and grandson are just adorable. I especially like the one of them at the zoo--from the back. My husb. and son get tired of me taking pictures (I'm big into scrapbooking so take a LOT) but I've gotten some precious ones of them from the back and the best part is they don't even know I've taken them!

OH! What a cutie, Fawnn! And he's already famous! COOL!
About those pics of Eric........I'm sure every Mom (and Dad) out there knows what it means to see pictures of him with that adorable grin still on his face.
He's going to come back more mature, of course, but he's still our laughing boy. I can SEE that!

Zoos are so fun. The one in Omaha is rated one of the top 10 in the US and we go almost every year, but I havne't been there in almost 2 yrs. I would like to go and see the Christmas lights up in the zoo but no one in my family likes to be out in the cold.

What a precious moment for you all, mystery!
And Brandon will remember his loving Papa when Mike comes home FOR GOOD very soon!
(I figure, even if it's March or April, there's a lot more time behind us than in front of us......)

Hillary has her head up her rear sideways with a constant rotation.
Thanks for post 24, homemom. We should all be aware of Hillary's folly.
To: patriciaruth
I had no idea the challenges you currently face, patriciaruth. Prayer heavenward for your recovery <><
To: Mo1
**I turned 40 this year .. and I'm trying to still live in denial **
When the big 4-0 hits, a wonderful thing happens, mo1. You begin turning back the clock. Next year you'll be 39. :o) I'm currently 34...and sticken' to it. We won't discuss what anniversary of 34 I'm celebrating though, ok?
To: homemom
**but that's how I hope Hillary gets her payback--in public, and is totally humiliated. That's not a very Christian thing to say, but after all she's done I do hope it. **
Righteous anger and hope for sound judgement are good things, homemom.
To: Mo1
**By any chance, does anyone have a picture of the guy that was sitting next to her praying? **
I'd like to see that picture as well. I saw the FOX footage a number of times but would appreciate a still of it. :o)

Ok, what's with the emotional woman in #8???The caption says.....U.S. President George W. Bush carries three-year-old Hanna Hendrix alongside her weeping mother Heidi during an event at the White House in Washington, December 2, 2003. As dozens of children and their adoptive parents looked on, Bush signed the Adoption Promotion Act of 2003, which is aimed at moving more older children out of foster care and into permanent homes.
It doesn't really say. However, from the look on Dubya's face, I would say she's just touched by something that's been said.
