"Uncovered" screening and discussion (13 registered participants)
First Unitarian Church Annex, Buffalo Street off Aurora Ithaca, New York
As part of a nationwide coordinated "party" hosted by MoveOn.org that will engage thousands of people around the country, we will be screening the new documentary Uncovered: The Whole Truth about the Iraq War. The film runs 56 minutes, and we will have a discussion afterward. Read more about the documentary and see a trailer at http://www.truthuncovered.com/ and read more at www.moveon.org. Together, we hope to get the truth out and raise some money to help MoveOn make sure that people in key battleground states know the real story about how we went to war.
(First Unitarian is the stone church at the corner of Aurora and Buffalo. The annex is three doors down on Buffalo in the building behind the church. Entrance is right on Buffalo across from the City Hall parking lot, in which you can park on Sunday) $5 suggested donation, and some cheap but good finger food and beverages. All proceeds will go to MoveOn.org after we give the Unitarian Church a donation for its graciousness in allowing us to use its space. Any overflow from Laurel Glen Drive is welcomed! From I-83 North: Take 13TH ST Exit. Turn RIGHT at light at end of ramp. Follow 13th St through 4 red
