Since when is an Uzi a "long gun"? Uzi may make some pistols, but the typical Uzi is a pistol caliber firearm with a shoulder stock that is fired like a rifle. Even with a short (<16") barrel, it (along with other submachine guns)may be considered as a long gun.

Mr Garagiola, infringing on the Second Amendment is precisely what you are doing. The Second Amendment isn't about hunting and contains no definition of "arms".
