People have been brainwashed into believing that children need other children their own age to be properly "socialized." That thinking is bunk. Children hanging around mature adults will mature. We home-schooled our children. Their friends were people form 10 yrs younger then them to 20 years older. They had fun and enjoyed all. They could converse with adults and with younger children. Your kids are lucky. I think people are going to catch on to this and in the future business managers will be giving extra consideration to applicants who have been home schooled.

I have an article saved that was posted several yrs ago here that "Chick fil A" looks for homeschooled teens to hire. They have found them to be more reliable and better able to relate to customers of any age.

We are self employed and our son runs the business now, and our daughter is a manager of a SuperCuts Store.
