Is the picture on the web?

If it is, you can paste it.

It's one of the few things I know in HTLM. You do this:

< img src="click on picture, select properties, copy the URL location and paste it between these quotation marks">

I left a space between < and the first letter in "img", so you can see it, but when you paste, be sure to leave NO space, it should be <img src, then the rest as above.

Try again, it would be a nice picture here.

Or paste the link to the page where the picture is and someone else can paste it.
