What CourtTV show were you watching? This program does lead toward some conclusions -- the producer does lean toward an opinion about whether Oswald worked alone and whether there was a shot fired from the Grassy Knoll (no and yes respectively) -- but in the end, we're left with conflicting facts and allowed to make up our own minds. I clicked on that link and the article it points to totally screwed up what the Court TV program said.
The program concluded, all the forensic evidence points to Oswald and Oswald alone, and there is no evidence of gunshots on the recording.

What CourtTV show were you watching? ...well, I was watching "Forensic Files", but apparently not the same one this reviewer was watching - for instance, while he mentions the comments made by Dr. Wecht denigrating the "single bullet" theory, he ignores those made by Dr. Michael Baden strongly supporting the theory and illustrating the point with models developed from the Zapruder film showing that Connally was turning just as the "magic bullet" hit JFK in such a way that it could have resulted in the wounds observed - and I recall them presenting a diagram showing clearly that the "grassy knoll" was to the right of Kennedy when he was shot, "and none of the wounds came from the side" - I think their overall conclusion was that there was no convincing evidence presented from any quarter which contradicted the theory that Oswald acted alone.....
