I pity your lack of education. Swastikas come in many styles.

Seeing as this is a JFK thread:

Here's a cool shot of Jackie Bouvier who later became Jackie Kennedy. Judging by the cars in the background this has to be the Thirties. Don't know if this is Campfire Girls or just a chance masquerade in native dress?

The Edmonton girls' hockey team is from 1916 and predates the Nazi party. There were three Canadian Hockey Teams called the Swastikas pre Nazi party.

The swastika was the coat of arms used by Rudyard Kipling in all his books up until 1933 when the Nazis gained power. For Kipling it meant Beauty, Force, Originality and Insight.

In 1925 Coca Cola made a lucky watch fob in the shape of a swastika with the slogan, "Drink Coca Cola five cents in bottles.

I have never read that--find source please--

It was published in the 'Washington Star' in June of 1976. The comment was accidentally made to Smith at the start of an interview with LBJ back in 1963. He immediately realised he had said something he wasn't supposed to talk about yet, and refused to acknowledge any of the very stunned Smith's questions about what he had just let slip. Smith told a handfull of people, one being Jack Anderson who would later break the "Murder INC." story about the Kennedys trying to get Castro whacked.

I have read that LBJ killed JFK so if he said that he was trying to deflect blame from himself.

Maybe that writer is the one who killed JFK and is only trying to deflect blame onto LBJ...

Gerald Ford played too much football without a helmet. He's an idiot, even for a congressman.

What is not commonly known is that when military sharpshooters test-fired "Oswald's" rifle, they were unable to bring the scope into alignment until they inserted a metal shim under the scope.

It's even harder to explain HOW Oswald killed a police officer when the bullets that killed Tippit were never matched to Oswald's revolver.

Nope, not even close.

A total of seven people thought the shots came from the Knoll. Two people were standing there.

Forty one people thought the shots came from the Depository.

I'm sure Oswald was very, very careful to lay the rifle down on the floor so the scope would not be disturbed. < Sarcasm >

Nope, not even close. A total of seven people thought the shots came from the Knoll. Two people were standing there. Forty one people thought the shots came from the Depository.

You are awful dismissive of Havoc's points. To summarize:

1. Numerous people (depending on who you ask the numbers change) heard shots, saw smoke, heard bullets whizzing by, coming from the grassy knoll. Interestingly, during the official investigation, afterwards, these people were "encouraged" to remember things differently. One has to wonder why.

2. Ficticious secret service men were shooing people away from the grassy knoll (including Dallas policemen)during the lead-up period. The actual secret service was not involved in this activity. After the event, cops ran toward the grassy knoll to apprehend shooters.

3. Doctors at Parkland were unanimous in describing the neck wound as an entrance wound and the fatal shot as a shot to the temple.

4. Jackie Kennedy testified to the Warren Commission: "I was trying to hold his hair on. But from the front there was nothing. I suppose there must have been, but from the back you could see, you know, you were trying to hold his hair on, and his skull on."

1. The serviceman described an area of soft dirt that actually had a park bench during the assassination.

2. The motorcycle officer who rushed to the fence area disturbed a bum who was as surprised as he was. The officer didn't see any shooter[s]. The people who rushed up the sidewalk were actually trying to see the limo go north on Stemmens to Parkland.

3.Unanimously??
Dr. CARRICO. With those facts and the fact as I understand it no other bullet was found this would be, this was, I believe, was an exit wound.
Dr. PERRY. A full jacketed bullet without deformation passing through skin would leave a similar wound for an exit and entrance wound and with the facts which yon have made available and with these assumptions, I believe that it was an exit wound.

Other doctors at Parkland Hospital who observed the wound prior to the tracheotomy agreed with the observations of Drs. Perry and Carrico.

4. Not exactly the clearest statement a person could make.

"But from the front there was nothing." means that since the Zapruder film shows his facial features obscured by his scalp, there really was "Nothing" there. It was gone from the exit blast.

1. People thought shots came from the grassy knoll; others thought shots came from the TBD. Shooters were found in neither location.

2. People responded as if the grassy knoll was a possible site of the shooting. Likewise, the TBD.

3. Clarify your statement. Did Perry and Carrico see body after tracheotomy? If so, why quote them at all if you are unbiasedly looking for the best evidence. Are you saying that relying on the Parkland doctors contemporaneous statements, there was not far more support for shots from the front than there was for shots from the rear?

4. Jackie's statement, while admittedly choppy, communicates that she was trying to keep his hair and skull in place. Photos I have seen (I can't remember if they are Parkland or Bethesda) clearly show a flap of skull that could be lifted or put down to cover the missining occipital bone.

Which is exactly the same reaction he'd give you if he thought you were off your rocker but was too polite to say so to your face.

Doesn't sound like that at all, actually. I wonder where we'd be today wrt the murder, if Bobby had lived, and had been able to pursue this with all his contacts.

..."But he [RFK] would go to his grave in 1968 suspecting that JFK was the victim of a plot, and his thoughts lingered darkly on the lords of the underworld."...

What CourtTV show were you watching? ...well, I was watching "Forensic Files", but apparently not the same one this reviewer was watching - for instance, while he mentions the comments made by Dr. Wecht denigrating the "single bullet" theory, he ignores those made by Dr. Michael Baden strongly supporting the theory and illustrating the point with models developed from the Zapruder film showing that Connally was turning just as the "magic bullet" hit JFK in such a way that it could have resulted in the wounds observed - and I recall them presenting a diagram showing clearly that the "grassy knoll" was to the right of Kennedy when he was shot, "and none of the wounds came from the side" - I think their overall conclusion was that there was no convincing evidence presented from any quarter which contradicted the theory that Oswald acted alone.....

1. Two people believed the shots came from there because they were standing there. Zapruder and his secretary were not among the two. Five more people believe that, although there were in different locations.
41 people believed the shots came from the TSBD. This is out of a total of ninety people who were interviewed.

2. You would have to get me a link that says an unarmed spectator would approach an armed sniper that killed a president. The picture that circulated showing the people running up the hill did so long after Kennedy was shot because they tracked the motorcade cars in the photo. The only person that can be completely believe in this matter is the motorcycle officer. He was armed and he could have been a hero had he found someone.

3. Perry and Carrico gave sworn testimony the throat wound was an exit based on the significance of the back wound. Look it up.

4. If you have photos, try linking or posting them.
