I believe they are trying to make space for Dennis Miller's new show.

Pat had no competion from Press, who is just another sidekick like Colmes is for Hannity.
Now if they could match Pat up with Kristol, Limbacher or any Muslim, they would have a winning show. But the the only thing the neocons know, is how to harp and smear.
Pat is intellect that's hard to match.

They are both extremely unappealing personalities. The show was awful.

slightly different take here...MSNBC wants to be a hard news station..not a talk news station..they going after CNN, they know they can't beat FOX..that's why Dennis Miller's new show, which will be hot, IMHO, is going on CNBC, opposite Hannity...

Too bad Pat didn't lose his job to some Pakistani making $2.50 an hour. That would've really set him off.

Pat Buchanan is an anti-semetic thug who gives Christians a bad name and does Conservatives no favors.
I used to be a Perotista and joined the Reform party.
Buchanan drove THAT little effort right into the ground.

I haven't smeared him.I simply don't think he represents my view on the war for one thing.

Pat was best when he was a rabid attack dog, (Crossfire) always trying take a piece out of some demonrats behind. Once he started going after his own side, it was all downhill.
