How could a little, uneducated, nut case bring down the leader of the free world? Just the way the Warren Commission and Posner said it happened.
Advances in forensic technology have proven that Oswald was the lone shooter in Dealy Plaza that day.
The case IS closed.

I would tend to agree that Oswald was the lone killer. However I am not so sure other people were not aware of what was going happen. There might have been a conspiracy.

Yes, yes, but why did Jackie Kenedy sit JFK back up in the seat, after he was hit in the neck, thus exposing him for the final shot?
Juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust kidding....... ;-)
To: Az Joe
The case will never be closed. And no matter how advanced we are now, many of the questions brought about by that case cannot be answered in laboratories. Too much evidence has been "lost', destroyed, ignored, and corrupted. The Warren commission was a whitewash.

Nonsense Case Closed is filled with inaccuracies and outright falsehoods and never addresses at all many major problems with the Official Lie.
Peter Jennings says the Warren Commission Report is true so that means it is definitely false.

John Wikes Booth was a crackpot and he did kill Lincoln. JFK's assasination has "crackpot" written all over it. I agree that Oswald did it, however.........John Wilkes Booth WAS part of a conspiracy of crackpots who DID also severely would Secratary of State Seward and almost got to Vice President Andrew Johnson (that guy chickened out).
Makes ya' wonder............... ;-)

I have believed that Oswald was the lone gunman from the start. The assassintion of a President is so terrible and so threatening,so detrimental to the Nation that people don't want to believe someone like Oswald could have accomplished it, as he was so insignificant otherwise.

People will believe whatever they want to believe. It is largely a waste of time to try to change what another person believes. However, the truth does not depend on people's beliefs. The truth is the truth regardless of who believes it or who does not.

Posner says Oswald and Ferrie didn't know each other in the CAP and weren't in at the same time. FRONTLINE had a photo the other night that showed them together. CASE OPENED AGAIN.

" . . . it was truly a fateful turning point in our countrys historybut, I believe, in a sense exactly opposite to what Oliver Stone imagines. Rather than marking the rise of Stones fictional militaristic right-wing to national power, it marked the rise to influence of a left-wing culture of alienation typified by people like Oliver Stone himself. These members of the adversary culture, unable to absorb Kennedys murder as the terrible event it was, chose to see it as a confirmation that America itself was evil, that America would always block the exaggerated hopes for unlimited individual fulfillment and social progress that Kennedy seemed to personify for many people. It was shortly after Kennedys death that the deadly notion became current that the system was blame for everything, thus turning Americans against their own country."
That's a good point. I'm also a fan of Posner's book, and was for that reason scathingly dubbed a "Posnerite" by a Freeper conspiracy-theorist. I have nothing but contempt for Oliver Stone and Jim Garrison, whose false and defamatory versions of the assassination have unfortunately become historical fact for millions of Americans.

Not true. The evidence is clear. As clear as any murder trial that has ever been held.
There is NO credible evidence of any conspiracy. None.

The conspiracy frenzy was a direct result of the federal government's obstruction of the local Dallas coroner by whisking the body off to Washington.
There was no reason the Dallas coroner could not have been allowed to do his job in the normal manner of any murder under his jurisdiction, other than arrogance on the parts of the federal agents involved.

it marked the rise to influence of a left-wing culture of alienation typified by people like Oliver Stone himself.Umm .. Oliver Stone served in Vietnam after the Kennedy assasination. He "served in four different combat units, was injured two times in battle, and received the Bronze Star for Valor and the Purple Heart with First Oak Cluster."
