What law was actually broken? There are no official charges. You can be a prescription addict without violating ANY law. In fact it is quite common.

Quite true. However, it doesn't take charges to mean someone broke the law. And so far, Rush has neither confirmed or denied breaking the law. And for that matter, even after a trial, (OJ for example) one could have commmited a crime and not be convicted.

At that point only the person involved and God know the truth. That's when ultimate judgement takes place.

which is what the DNC needs, Rush convicted in the court of public opinion rather than law. OJ is a differnt matter than here. The accusation, is obtaining perscription drugs without a perscription. Arguable any reponse rush makes, can be used to pierce his medical records.

I very very much doubt the Palm Beach Prosecutor had a case even back in march. The only reason this case has dangled so long, is that it is Rush Limbaugh.
