Last year I attended an autopsy of a young man shot with a 9mm hydroshock round that entered his shoulder just behind the clavicle, drilled down through his thorax, through his diaphragm, through his liver, exited his pelvis via the obduator foramen, traveled down the entire length of his thigh, disrupted his knee, traveled down the periosteum of his fibula, disrupted his ankle and came to rest after exiting the sole of his foot, and was found lying free- in his shoe. It is truly amazing what a bullet can do. Have you ever seen a bullet "zipper" someones head ( shot in the front, or side , and followed the top of the skull all the way around before exiting)? I have a family member who works in an ER and had a guy who did it "twice" in a row trying to kill himself !! Poor guy, after having his head zippered once, he immediately did it again !! Then gave up and called 911 !
