Thanks for the article. A good idea, in fact. At the least, the high risk profiles should be routinely flagged in hospitals and public institutions were body fluid contact is possible. For the promiscuous AIDS carriers, quarantine should be perfectly acceptable as a solution. These people are flat-out viral killers.
