I specifically asked Missyme if she believed that Islam should be outlawed as a religion in this country. The answer was a "Yes". The only way it could be outlawed would be through government action.

And many here are defending her for that, so all the proof you need is on this thread.

And your self destructive notions smack of a troubled and troubling self induced haze.

When an enemy is sworn to destroy you from within or anywhere your presence may be - you will simply supply him with the fireworks to make the job easier...sheesh!

Name just one, who hasn't already been dealt with by the law

And that's the point.

A can a week, that's all we ask.

Hey EUPHORIC, Chad Fairbanks claims:

"Ah, but EUPHORIC wants to use the power of government to compel others to follow his religion."

Are you asking for the guvmint to step in, or just a good old fashioned freepin' of a radio station ala the Dixie Chicks?

Do you think it would be so hard for a Radical Islamist to walk in a local shopping mall especially during the christmas season and blow him or herself up? how many would die in a Mall? why is that impossible? think of the recognition a martyr like that could receive from the Muslim world.

No, but Sharia isn't all about just "Blood and Gore".

I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself, but I guess one more time ought to suffice: People in this country are free to worship as they please, provided that they adhere to the laws of this nation.

If that means every Muslim in this nation is now not a "good Muslim" because of it, then it is a choice they made freely. The vast majority of them seem to agree with it, and live under our laws. So, that being said, what is the problem with a private radio station airing a "Call to prayer"?

Sounds like the perfect excuse to amend the Constitution to prohibit the Islamic faith from exercising the right of free speech.

Go for it, write your Congressmen, Senators, Governor, protest in DC, carry a sign that says "Ban Islam from the U.S." and stand on the street corner.

Better yet why not go and stand outside a local mosque witha bullhorn and organize a protest of their religion? You have to admit, if the founding fathers could not have meant Islam when they identified the Right of Free Speech for everyone.....couldn't apply to them, becuase they aren't Christians...they are different from us so they ought to be banned.

Ahhh... so, we pick and choose what parts of the Bible we believe, right? Interesting

Actually, I think Jesus came up with that bit of chronology, hence the term "Christianity".

Not at all. A call to pray to God is a call to pray to God, and is worthy of support and respect. A call to bomb a synagogue or to commit murder is something else entirely.

Well, if it weas going to happen, it would have alrady happened long ago. However, in the instance it DOES happen, you will most likely find that like the scumbag 9/11 terrorists, they were not citizens of theis country.

I am advocating rights for CITIZENS.

The New Testament is the Gospel - I guess that whole first part of the book is just "old stuff we dont' believe in", right? So, tell me - how do you feel about the creationsim issue, since Genesis is not part of your Bible?

Excuse me you said it would be fine with you to have a loud speaker calling "Muslims to Prayer" that is over the top. I can bet 99% per-cent of Americans don't mind waking up to the beautiful sounds of church bells but I beleive it would be a travesty in this country to hear a Muslim voice shouting
"Come to Prayer" in there native tounge over a Loud Speaker.

I disagree. Islam is a religion of peace. When every country is defeated and taken over by Islan, then there will be peace. This is the peace that the religion espouses. This is what they war for. This is what started the crusades, after 400 years of Islam conquering half the Christian world, the West had to either push it back or roll over and die.

Well, when you get your way and Islam is outlawed in this country, that won't be a problem now will it.

Really? It's the "Holy Men" who incite it? Much like the "Holy Men" in this country who incite hatred, bigotry, and violence? Pretty much very religion has them, ya know - people who use their religion as an excuse for killing.

Now, now, now.

Everyone knows that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton aren't really preachers.

LOL... they are recognized as such, though, so that makes THEM "Holy Men", too, whether you and I agree or not.

I would wager that half of them are Stalinists or provocateurs from DU, out to smear conservatism and undermine our nation's efforts being lead by President Bush. The Fresno Human Relations Commission probably eats up their posts as justification to vilify FreeRepublic.

As I said before, their major problem is the practitioners of their faith...

I think it has been said many times that Muslim Extremists and the KKK have way too much in common...

What needs to happen with the Muslim Extremist is the same thing that happened with the KKK where mainstream Christians got tired and ashamed of those who wrapped themselves up in the faith and used it to justify their bad behavior...

As far as rights go, I always ask a simple question.... Would I be able to get on the radio in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iraq, Iran, Sudan, Indonesia, or any place like that and invite all the folks who with to do so to come the local "First Baptist Church" and worship my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, with me....

And if the Palestinians (Phillistines) be so merciful and tolerant of the Israelis if the military capabilities were reversed?

It is the double standards and the resulting oppression and injustice that I have trouble with... I can work with anyone from Monday through Friday but I would never want a police officer from a church giving me grief over the length of my beard....

The Koran of Muhammad claims Islam's supremacy over the world in all of its affairs: — Islam is a Complete Way of Life. This includes government, economics, religion, dietary laws, and social norms. Since Muslims believe the prophethood of Muhammad is universal, the objective of Islam is to have the entire world live in submission to Shari'a law.

Since you appear to value your freedoms, you need a reality check about these guys. They don't want you to have any.

So your assuming the majority of Muslims here are CITIZENS?

All I said is that there are Mosqu'es in the USA for Muslims to worship.
