I really wish people would get off this Money Laundering crap!

Money Laundering is when a person takes ILLEGALLY OBTAINED FUNDS and moves them through LEGITIMATE INTERESTS to "Clean" the funds.

What Rush did is known as STRUCTURING! It is defined as withdrawing large sums of money in amounts that do not require the withdrawing person to report the withdrawals.

The Money Rush withdrew was his Money LEGALLY OBTAINED through his professional career.

There will be no indictment for MONEY LAUNDERING, as there was no such thing happening.

As for the Structuring. Rush was one of handful of Wealthy clients who were asked to structure thier withdrawals by the bank to REDUCE THE BANKS PAPERWORK. None of the people involved were charged with anything. THE BANK was found GUILTY and fined $10 Million!

The Money-Laundering charge is nothing but an attempt to slander an already reeling Rush.

Let me say here at the top of the program, ladies and gentlemen, that I have never, I have not laundered any money.
