Well, unlike many Freepers, I have always thought that when the full story of Rush is out, there will be minimal, if any, actual criminality, and far more stuff that is just embarrassing.

Well my memory is less than perfect anyway. We'll have to wait and see what happens.

It's being speculated that the giddiness is due to the fact that the DA thinks he's got bullet proof evidence. There's a lot of evidence re: the secret room which is just off his bedroom, through a closet full of clothes (many of which are his performance costumes), down a staircase and into the room full of "toys".

What about the Spike channel as an alternative?

He still came off as treating the thing as a big joke. "Appearances, appearances, appearances."

Spike is a CBS property, and quite frankly, it shows. Too erratic to be dependable, save for the occasional movie.

I know it. We will not see him speaking until the trial, I suppose. Perhaps people will be forgiving when they realize what he's tried to do all these years to expose Jackson. It's incredible jackson's been able to get away with his pediphilia all these years. Talk about thinking you're bullet proof. Yet people give him so much credibility for just caring for little boys. Boys, never girls. He's very gender specific.

If he's guilty and get's away then justice will not be served.

That's a bit of a non sequitur. Guilt for most purposes means adjudicated guilty. If he did it and gets away with it then justice will not be served.
