A little more info on the Deed of Trust in favor of the Petersons. It is a second DT, it is for $100,000., SP signed the document himself (Petersons didn't use the POA) and the notary, Elizabeth Jameson, is the same one who notorized the POA.

Oh great. Like you say, when all is said and done, not much, if anything, will be left in the way of liquid cash when this is all said and done. I hate to say this phrase, it goes against my free enterprise blood, but 'THERE OUGHT TO BE A LAW"!!
