I can't figure out which court this was filed in, though. Anybody know?
1. log in as a "non-subscriber"
2. click, again, as a "non-subscriber"
3. click on "Civil/Small Claims Name/Case Lookup"
4. type in "SCHIAVO" (do NOT type in "Schiavo, Michael" or "Schiavo v. Bush" - it will not return any info).
5. Click, on the far left column under "Link To," the doc symbol on the line showing that MICHAEL SCHIAVO is a Plaintiff, in a DECLARATORY action, against BUSH (Case No. 03008212CI).
You will then be brought to where the legal documents filed with the case are presented in chronological order. At the bottom of the table, you may click "next page" for the next set of documents filed, in chronological order.
FYI, unless you are a subscriber, you are limited to 50 inquiries per day, per computer. It seems to me that each time you go to the "next page" is "another" inquiry....as it cut me off from viewing information rather quickly; it's a very limiting site for viewing public information, but it's still a good place to find information.
You must be a subscriber to view probate records, child support records, and other records. It may be worthwhile for some person/group to purchase a subscription (even for just a month) to research other information, such as the CHILD SUPPORT/PROBATE records on MikHell Schiavo, MS's parents (their wills, if they had them probated, might well be in Pinella Probate Court), and records on MS's girlfried, Jodi A. Centonze, f/k/a Jodi A. Blough, which are not available to non-subscribers, then post that info on FR. I lack funds right now to purchase one (cost: $60.00 per month), otherwise, I would certainly do so.
