LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Michael Jackson's spokesman said Wednesday that allegations of child molestation against the singer were false, scurrilous and totally unfounded.
"The outrageous allegations against Michael Jackson are false. Michael would never harm a child in any way. These scurrilous and totally unfounded allegations will be proven false in a courtroom," spokesman Stuart Backerman said in a statement.
The statement was issued after California law enforcement authorities announced that Jackson was facing multiple charges of child molestation and that the singer had been ordered to surrender.
Backerman said Jackson had made arrangements with the District Attorney in Santa Barbara, central California, to return to the city "to immediately confront and prove these charges unfounded."
Jackson was in Las Vegas shooting a music video when police swooped on his Neverland ranch near Santa Barbara Tuesday to execute a search warrant in connection with their criminal investigation.

Now all the Left has to do is be successful in their attempt to lower the age of consent to twelve.

To judge by its vacating of the sentence in the Limon case, the U.S. Supreme Court seems to have problems with punishing the homosexual molestation of retarded 14-year-old boys.

Please provide a reference and/or a link for the Limon case as it pertains to the USSC. Some of us (me) are not familiar with it.
Thanks in advance.

Okay, (holding up my flame shield) why would these parents allow their son to stay with Michael Jackson after he had already been thru a child abuse scandal? Wouldn't they get suspicious about his generosity toward them when he paid their sons medical bills and bought them a house and a car?

Okay, (holding up my flame shield) why would these parents allow their son to stay with Michael Jackson after he had already been thru a child abuse scandal? For the money, of course. What's a little ass-rape for your kid if you can have a couple of Mercedes and annual European vacations?

Sadly, there are many parents who would drop their children off for a night with Lucifer, in return for a six figure shopping spree on Rodeo Drive. That seems to be MJ's MO.

I think the Sheriff's Dept. took photos of his genitals back in 93 or 94 during the last allegations.

Michael Jackson started crying. He said there was nothing wrong with it. This statement to me is a big indicator of guilt. I find it hard to believe that a boy would make up the fact that Jackson started crying.

Hmmm....I don't know. Anyone who can freeze his monkey is probably capable of anything.
To: aristeides
You might try mentioning the age and mental state of the youth who was the perpetrator in that case.
In the interests of accuracy, of course.

That seems to be MJ's MO.Yep, very sad that there is a never ending supply of pimping parents.

Why would any parent let their kid be with this guy knowing what the allegations are? The dude is worth so much money its sick, and whenever there is possible financial gain, I wonder about motives.
Would the parents intentionally pimp their kid? Probably not. But would some parents put their kid in that situation and wonder about the chance of making a buck with a bogus case? Maybe.
I don't know whether Jackson did it or not. I just hope there's a trial so it gets figured out.

I agree, but I don't think a trial in our current justice system will "figure it out", as you put it.

the Sheriff's Dept. took photos of his genitals Here's one of them (photos, silly!) It turned out they (the balls, not the photos, silly) are like his nose - detachable!

Maybe.Or maybe they just don't want to believe that there's anything sick going on when they hear or notice things from their children, not when there are so many nice gifts coming in from Mr. Jackson.
And doesn't it seem weird to call him Mr. Jackson? He's in his mid-forties, and looks like Peter Pan. Think of any other male stars his age that actually look like men having boys sleeping over in their beds. It's just outrageous.

MJ and the parents should be horsewhipped, tarred and feathered.

Limon v. Kansas, 123 S.Ct. 2638 (June 27, 2003). SCOTUS vacated the Kansas judgment the day after it issued the Lawrence opinion.
