I greatly appreciate the time you took to track that information down. I know that Lovelady has said he was there, and have seen the photos of him.

However (and I hate to say this to you), it does not convince me, in part because of what I stated - that the guy in the photo, be it Lovelady or Oswald, is wearing exactly what Oswald is wearing in his arrest photo. While it has been a while since I've the photos side-by-side myself, I'd like to think that my memory is not that bad. I'll dig around today during breaks and see what I can find to post here.
