It looks like Agostino's may have gone out of business, see this lawsuit:

The only Agostino's coming up on google is in Tampa, not Clearwater.
Agostino's used to be a kind of swank place on the outskirts of Clearwater in the Feather Sound area, which is on the main drag to Tampa. It was open back in 1990. McDonalds and Agostino's are not in the same league - I noticed that MS didn't state specifically what restaurant he was working at that night but that he worked late and heard a THUD at home at about 4 in the morning. He knew the thud was Terri.
