Well, I think they can override them. I don't kmow about bypass. Perhaps, by taking a different approach, but if they're involved based on appeal, I think they would have to overturn the decision of the lower court.

I'd just like to find a way around these courts. It's like a football game and these judges are tackling Jeb from every direction while giving MS the ball and letting him run with it.
