Correct, but we will have to fix it by having Judges who respect the LAW rather than who rule purely based on liberal attitudes. That's judicial tyranny.

And I see this as a means to that end. Winning this next election BIG so we can get a lot of good judges on the bench is CRITICAL to ending the judicial tyranny.
