I like the White Album........but Sgt. Pepper, Abbey Road, Let it Be, Rubber Soul, and Revolver are better, imo.

Add "HELP" and "A Hard Day's Night" to that list.

I always felt that the White Album was middle of the pack mediocre. Boiled down to ONE disc maybe...but "Revolution Number 9" drags the whole thing down.

BTW....the REAL "Let It Be" comes out tomorrow!

I agree, the White Album had a bunch of filler, and could easily have been made into a single LP. The album also very disjointed -- there's no natural flow at all, and even the recording quality is a mixed bag. It sounds like they just threw a bunch of songs together without regard for the whole.
