I just did a quick headline search at CNN, NY Times, LA Times, etc. and (gee wiz) couldn't find any reference to this "leaked" memo.
However a few weeks ago, Donald Rumsfeld has a memo "leaked" that says our war on terror will be a "long slog" (duh) and it's plastered on every newscast/newspaper/news magazine, and billboard 24/7.
I guess some "leaks" are more newsworthy than others ...

I just did a quick headline search at CNN, NY Times, LA Times, etc. and (gee wiz) couldn't find any reference to this "leaked" memo.I did a NewsAlert request on news.Google.com for "Saddam +Osama" to be emailed whenever those two appear in the same news article.
So far the only relevant newsalert article I've received has been for the WeeklyStandard.
