I believe it ends after the solar eclipse. There was another thread with info from a similar Islam-o-whacko that crypyically alluded to a date in the Moslem calender that when I worked it out translated to November 18th (this referring to the LA/NYC/WASH-DC threats).
Probably more insane gibber jabber but stay vigilant in any case. Lots of similar stuff showing up in the past couple of weeks.

Ramadan will begin on October 26, 2003 for all of the United States. God willing. The last day of Ramadan will be Novembeer 23, 2003.

It's interesting to compare and contrast how fundamentalist Christians approach Lent versus how fundamentalist Muslims approach Ramadan.
