If this happens, here's another future ticker item: Unhappy with the Bush administration, American Jews will likely vote Democratic in large numbers, possibly turning Florida, New York, New Jersey, and California against the President in his reelection bid.
At one point I though President Bush would be the first Republican since Ronald Reagan to capture the Jewish vote. I no longer think so.
Also, if conservative Christians feel betrayed they won't likely vote Democratic, but they may decide to stay home. That happened to another President Bush, didn't it?

GW received a paltry 21% of the Jewish vote in 2000. He owes them nothing. Cut the loan guarantees in half.
