It may be about the Supremes to Durbin, but for me it is about the Constitution. Article III to be exact. He needs to read it sometime instead of using it for toilet paper.

AHHHHHHHHHH!!!! My eardrums just burst! He actually said that President Bush's nominations were treated better than clinton's. Please, let the lighting strike now.

Durbin repeats the lie that the President has no right under the Constitution to appoint judges. Only the Senate can appoint judges, he says.
