What was Chaffe rambling about this morning about not enough GOP votes to effect a rule change? Is that wimpy sucker implying that he would vote for a rule change?

I called Chafee's office and really let the young man who answered the phone have it. I told him the dems are, as usual, anti-american obstructionists, but senator Chafee is far worse. He is a traitor to his party and his country, and needs to go back to where he came from and let a real man hold his office. BOY, was I steamed after seeing this girly-man on Fox News saying that the GOP did the same same thing to Clinton's nominees. Bullchit, Senator!
